Order Processing Time
Shipments of in-stock items usually occur within 48 hours after your order is received during Monday through Friday. If you require expedited delivery we offer express services for an up-charge over regular service. Orders with express request (overnight or two day delivery) ship same day if they are received by 12:00pm (EST), orders received after 12:00pm (EST) will ship the following business day.
Back-ordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they are received at our warehouse. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you.
Please allow up to 14 days for production on logo, monogram, or personalized items.
Shipping and handling fees are based on service chosen for the total weight of the order and will be presented at checkout. Orders over $69 will be available for free economy shipping, some exceptions do apply.
Free shipping is not available on heavy items, pool equipment or items shipping direct from manufacturer. Additional shipping charges may apply to specialty items shipped direct from manufacturer. If you have shipping question please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return. In the event that your order was shipped for free, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required $69, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on package size, wight and delivery location.
Standard shipping is currently the only option for PO Boxes.
The first counted day of transit is the first business day after your order ships. All delivery times are counted in business days (Monday though Friday), excluding holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect address, or Acts of God.
We gladly accept returns of eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included withing 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund. If you would like to make a return you must obtain a RA within 14 days from the product ship date.
Any item that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be rejected for refund and disposed of or returned to the customer.
No returns will be accepted for logo, monogram, special order or custom items. Including but not limited to: Backpacks, Warm Ups, Parkas, Suits or Caps. Any customized items returned will be rejected for refund and disposed of or returned to the customer.
No returns will be accepted for FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE SPECIAL and GRAB BAG products.
At this time due to health reasons, technical racing suits cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to: Arena Powerskin Series (Air, Flex, Glid, etc.), Speedo LZR (Intent, Valor, Pro), TYR (Avictor, Venzo) or Dolfin Lightstrike. All sales final on these items.
No returns can be accepted on any pool equipment department items. Orders returned due to refused delivery or undeliverable address will have return fees and restocking fees deducted from any refund.
Return Authorization Request (RA)
Call us at 724-539-2424 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA number for your product. Please indicate the reason for your return and put ‘Return Authorization Request’ as the subject of the email.
Once you receive an RA number, be sure to include all items you wish to return and wrap the package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, and copy of receipt email with your return package. Write the RA number ON THE BOX IN CLEAR VIEW or place inside the box. The returner is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning merchandise.
Return mailing expense is not refundable. Please send your package via a traceable and insured method to help ensure delivery. The package must show delivered to be eligible for return processing. Any lost packages is responsibility of the sender, we recommend insuring any returns of high values.
Items which has been issued a RA number must be received within 10 days of the RA issue date. Any returns received after the 10 day RA period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any defective item must be sent back to Swimmers Network before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. If the item is defective a replacement or refund will be provided. Effective 2019, Speedo products cannot be accepted by Swimmers Network for any defective reason, all Speedo defects must be handled directly with Speedo. We cannot allow any exceptions to Speedo defective policy.
