Thank you for shopping at Swimmers Network. Below is our shipping, return and other policies. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to get in touch with us by phone, email or a visit to our store. 

Shipping fees

Shipping and handling fees are based on service chosen and the total weight of the order and will be presented at checkout.  Orders over $79 receive free standard shipping.  Some exceptions do apply. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return. In the event that your order was shipped for free, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required $79, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

No Post Office Boxes

Shipping cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes. Please keep this in mind when ordering, if you list a P.O. Box we will need to contact you for another shipping address, and this may delay your order.

Order Processing Time

Shipments of in-stock items usually occur within 48 hours after your order is received during Monday through Friday.  If you require expedited delivery we offer two days and next day for an up-charge over regular ground service.  Orders with expedite request (overnight or 2nd day delivery) shipping same day if they are received by 12:00pm (EST), orders received after 12:00pm (EST) will ship the following day.  

Back-ordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they are received at our warehouse.  If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for production on logo, monogram, or personalized items.  

Return Policy

When purchasing from swimmersnetwork.com you are protected by our 14 day money back guarantee.  If you would like to make a return you must obtain a RA within 14 days from the product ship date.  Any item that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be returned to the customer.  

No returns will be accepted for logo, monogram or custom items.  Including but not limited to: Backpacks, Parkas, Suits or Caps.  

No returns will be accepted for final sale and grab bag items.  

At this time all technical racing suits cannot be returned or refunded.  Including but not limited to: Arena Carbon Flex, Arena Carbon Pro, Arena Pwerskin R-Evo, Arena St, Speedo LZR Racer X, Speedo LZR Elite 2, Speedo LZR Pro, TYR TracerLight, TYR Tracer B-Series, TYR Avictor, TYR AP12 or Dolfin Titanium. All sales final on these items.

Return Authorization Request (RA)

Call us at 724-539-2424 or Email us at info@swimmersnetwork.com to request an RA number for your product. Please indicate the reason for your return and put ‘Return Authorization Request’ as the subject of the email. Once you receive an RA number, be sure to include any packaging slips and wrap the package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, and copy of receipt and email with your return package. Write the RA number ON THE BOX IN CLEAR VIEW and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the box. The returner is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning merchandise.

Return mailing expense is not refundable.  Please send your package via a traceable and insured method to help ensure delivery.

Items which has been issued a RA number must be received within 10 days of the RA issue date.  Any returns received after the 10 day RA period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

 

Backorder Policy

 Any item not available at the time of purchase may be put on backorder without notifying customer.  However, we will contact customer directly when expedited shipping has been requested.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT?

If the packaging appears to be damaged you should report the damage to the delivery person and open the package in his presence. You MUST report damaged goods to us within 3 days of receiving a package.

If you should receive any damaged product, please contact us immediately by email info@swimmersnetwork.com or telephone 724-539-2424. Include how the package was received, how you opened the package, when you noticed the damage, and on what date you received and discovered the damage. If you have a camera available, take a picture of the damage. Any additional information is helpful to process the claim.

Store sales, COUPONs and promo codes possible EXCLUSIONS

At times items could be excluded from sales, coupons and/or promo codes.  Excluded items could include but not limited to team items, markdown items, promotional items, custom items or direct from manufacturer products.  Only eligible items will have discounts applied for sales, coupons and/or promo codes use during checkout. 

Please review your cart before checkout when using coupons/promo codes to verify eligible items. 

Price Changes and Errors

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and will not be liable or obligated to sell an item at an incorrect price.
