Shipments of in-stock items usually occur within 48 hours after your order is received during Monday through Friday. If you require expedited delivery we offer express services for an up-charge over regular service. Orders with express request (overnight or two day delivery) ship same day if they are received by 12:00pm (EST), orders received after 12:00pm (EST) will ship the following business day.
Back-ordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they are received at our warehouse. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you.
Please allow up to 14 days for production on logo, monogram, or personalized items.
Shipping and handling fees are based on service chosen for the total weight of the order and will be presented at checkout. Orders over $69 will be available for free economy shipping, some exceptions do apply.
Free shipping is not available on heavy items, pool equipment or items shipping direct from manufacturer. Additional shipping charges may apply to specialty items shipped direct from manufacturer. If you have shipping question please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return. In the event that your order was shipped for free, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required $69, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on package size, wight and delivery location.
Standard shipping is currently the only option for PO Boxes.
The first counted day of transit is the first business day after your order ships. All delivery times are counted in business days (Monday though Friday), excluding holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect address, or Acts of God.
We gladly accept returns of eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund. Please login to your account via Team Login and go to your order history. Once in order history click on “Request Return” to begin a return. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer, we recommend using a trackable method to ensure return delivery.
Any item that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be rejected for refund and disposed of or returned to the customer at the full discretion of Swimmers Network.
*What items are ineligible for returns?
- Customized Items: Custom (logo, monogram, etc.) apparel, gear, caps and swim suits are not eligible for return. Please make sure you check order details prior to placing your order. If you are unsure of style or size, we recommend you contacting one of our representatives before placing a custom item order.
- Grab Bags: Grab Bag suits are not eligible for return. Please note: Grab Bag suits come in a variety of colors, patterns, and back styles (female suits).
- Gift Card / Gift Certificates: Physical or emailed Gift Cards/Certificates are not eligible for refund.
- Technical Suits: At this time due to health reasons items in technical swimwear currently are not eligible for return. This includes Speedo Intent, Speedo Valor, Speedo Pro, TYR Venzo, TYR Avictor, ARENA Carbon and Primo series.
- Pool Equipment: No returns can be accepted on any pool equipment department items.
- Direct from Manufacturer: Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may have different return policies.
Any order returned due to refused delivery or undeliverable address will have shipping fees, return fees and restocking fees deducted from any refund.
Any received ineligible items will be rejected for refund and at Swimmers Network sole discretion either disposed of or retuned to the customer.
Backorder Policy
Any item not available at the time of purchase may be put on backorder without notifying customer. Backordered items will be noted on email receipts.
Any defective item must be sent back to Swimmers Network before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. If the item is defective a replacement or refund will be provided. Effective 2019, Speedo products cannot be accepted by Swimmers Network for any defective reason, all Speedo defects must be handled directly with Speedo. We cannot allow any exceptions to Speedo defective policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and will not be liable or obligated to sell an item at an incorrect price.
